    The JZ analog output sensor consists of the LVDT displacement sensor and a transmitter, which transforms the output signal 

of the displacement sensor into a voltage or current signal. According to customer requirements, LVDT displacement sensor 

can be 10mm air push, 10mm rebound, 5mm rebound, voltage analog form output measurement results, connected with the 

AD sampling module of PLC, or equipped with AD collector with sufficient accuracy, it is  recommended to use 16-bit or 

more AD acquisition card.

Note: The signal output is either a current or a voltage signal output. OUTPUT-P is connected to the acquisition channel of the AD acquisition card. If the AD acquisition card is a single-end input OUTPUT-P acquisition acquisition channel, the GND of the sensor shares the GND of the AD acquisition card. If the AD acquisition card is a differential input, OUTPUT-P is connected to the acquisition channel, and the GND of the sensor is connected to the AGND of the AD acquisition card. Another: due to the different batches, the color of PIN 3 is white / gray, the specific object shall prevail.


Application Profile:

The differential transformer displacement sensor can be widely applied in various sectors of the national economy, such as aerospace,

 machinery, construction, textile, railway, coal, metallurgy, plastics, chemical industry, as well as scientific research institutions and

 universities. It is a high-tech product used to measure elongation, vibration, the thickness of objects, expansion, etc. The pen-type 

displacement sensor has excellent performance and is suitable for high-precision and highly repeatable measurements in quality 

control and metrology applications. The probe head is made of zirconia, a wear-resistant material with high hardness, and the moving 

part of the measuring shaft uses precision guide rails. The pen-type displacement sensor, when equipped with an external transmitter, 

can output standard DC signals. The external transmitter is powered by 9-28VDC. The electronic circuit is sealed inside a 304 stainless 

steel metal tube, enabling it to operate in harsh environments such as those with humidity and dust. The output signals are standard 

RS485 communication/digital switch signals that can be used by a computer or PLC, as well as 0-5V or 4-20mA outputs.
