This series of products adopt surface-mounted modular technology, which greatly improves the anti-interference ability of the instrument. It has functions such as display, control, transmission, communication, and multi-signal input. It is suitable for the display and control of various physical quantity detection signals such as displacement and speed. It can be widely used in fields such as electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, papermaking and printing, brewing, tobacco, and aerospace bases. The output circuits all adopt photoelectric isolation, with strong anti-interference ability. It can have a serial communication interface and can perform two-way communication with various devices with serial interfaces to form a network control system. It has a variety of standard external dimensions and can be applied to various measurement and control occasions. The whole machine adopts a snap-in structure, and the installation is very simple.

Notice:
For instruments with special requirements, please follow the actual wiring diagram of the shipped instrument for the wiring method. When the relay of the instrument controls inductive loads such as AC contactors and solenoid valves, it is easy to generate electric sparks, which will interfere with the instrument. Parallel connection of RC at the control end of the relay can effectively reduce interference and prolong the service life of the relay. The parallel resistance is 100 ohms with 0.5 watts, and the capacitor is 1000V/0.033u. Moreover, the power supply of the contactor cannot be drawn from the instrument power terminal (points A and B), and as far as possible, it should not be on the same line as the instrument power supply to avoid interference with the instrument when the contactor operates.

This instrument can be equipped with multiple relays. Each relay can be set with ultra-high and ultra-low alarm and alarm prohibition modes, and the alarm hysteresis method is used to avoid frequent actions of relays. When a certain relay is in an alarm state, the corresponding normally open contact of the relay is closed, and the corresponding indicator light is on. Taking the alarm of J1 alarm point as an example:
If the alarm mode of this alarm point is set to upper limit alarm (that is, J1-H is set to -HH-), when the measured value is greater than J1HA, the instrument enters the alarm state. When the measured value drops to the value of J1HA, the instrument does not stop alarming. Only when the measured value is lower than J1HF, the instrument is released from the alarm state. When set to upper limit alarm, the alarm value J1HA should be greater than the alarm reset value J1HF.
If the alarm mode of this alarm point is set to lower limit alarm (that is, J1-H is set to -LL-), when the measured value is less than J1HA, the instrument enters the alarm state. When the measured value rises to the value of J1HA, the instrument does not stop alarming. Only when the measured value is higher than J1HF, the instrument will解除 the alarm state. When set to lower limit alarm, the alarm value J1HA should be less than the alarm reset value J1HF.

If the alarm mode of this alarm point is set to lower limit alarm (that is, J1-H is set to 2), when the measured value is less than J1HA, the instrument enters the alarm state. When the measured value rises to the value of J1HA, the instrument stops alarming.
七、Transmitting output
The instrument can transmit the measured value as a standard signal. The output form is determined by the parameter "bS". The transmission range of the measured value is determined by the parameters "bS-L" and "bS-H". For example, if measuring the displacement signal and requiring an output of 4.0 mA when the value is 0 and 20.0 mA when the value is 150.0, then bS = 4 - 20, bS-L = 0.0, and bS-H = 150.0. When the instrument displays 75.0, the output is 12.0 mA.
八、quality guarantee
In case of quality problems caused by the manufacturer, the manufacturer will repair it free of charge from the date of instrument delivery. If the damage is caused by improper storage and use, cost will be charged for repair. The warranty period is twelve months. If the quality guarantee period is 2-3 years, it must be specified separately.
