Precautions

1、  A magnetostrictive displacement sensor is a magnetic measuring sensor. Avoid strong magnetic fields around the sensor to prevent interference with measurement data.

2Route the signal output cables of the magnetostrictive sensor as far away as possible from power cables, high-current circuits and strong pulse interference sources. Check on-site environmental parameters including temperature and vibration to ensure operating conditions comply with the sensors rated specifications.

3、  The installation of magnetostrictive displacement sensors includes fixing the sensor body, magnet and cables. The sensor body is mounted via threaded fastening.

4Before installation, check that the package is intact and the sensor body is free of obvious bending, dents or impact damage. Install the sensor body according to the specified mounting method.

5Use the supplied magnetic isolation gaskets when installing the magnet to maintain a normal magnetic circuit. Wire the cables strictly in accordance with the electrical interface definitions in the manual.
