MT-four channels

Intelligent displacement digital display instrument
Function features:
■ Simultaneously collect and display 4-channel displacement signals.
■ Multiple relay switch quantity alarms can be set.
■ Good software platform with secondary development capabilities to meet special functions. Advanced modular structure.
■ Powerful instrument chip. Function combination and system upgrade are very convenient.

 Overview

Intelligent four-channel displacement controller adopts advanced microcomputer technology and chips, with reliable performance and strong anti-interference ability. When used in conjunction with displacement sensors and transmitters, it can simultaneously display, measure, alarm control, transmit output, data acquisition and communication for four displacement parameters.

二、Main technical indicators

1. 4-channel potentiometer signal and displacement sensor.

2. Resolution: 1/20000, 14-bit A/D converter.

3. Measurement accuracy: ±0.2% FS. The instrument automatically corrects time drift and temperature drift to ensure measurement accuracy for a long time within the entire operating temperature range (0 - 50°C).

4. Display mode: Four channels with 4-digit measurement values displayed simultaneously.

5. Power-off protection: Parameters are not lost after power failure. No need to reset after power-on.

6. Adopt an advanced fully automatic digital on-board calibration system without potentiometer adjustment.

7. Alarm: Unified upper and lower limit alarm with contact output. Output capacity is AC220V/3A.

8. Working environment: -5 - +50°C, humidity less than 90%.

9. Power supply: AC85 - 265V, power consumption less than 5W.

10. Dimensions: 160×80×125mm (horizontal); 80×160×125mm (vertical).

四、Operation instructions

(1) Button functions

■—During the setting process, press once to return to the previous setting operation. Press and hold for more than 2 seconds to exit the setting state. In working state, press this key to clear all.

En—In setting state, it is used to store the new set value of parameters and enter the next parameter setting.

▲—In setting state, it is used to increase the set value. ▼—In setting state, it is used to decrease the set value.

In setting state, if the ▲ or ▼ key is pressed and held, the value will increase or decrease rapidly. Release the key to stop.

(2) Power-on self-check

   1. Connect the power supply, input, output, alarm and other wires of the instrument according to the wiring diagram of the instrument.

    2. Carefully check the wiring of the instrument. Only when it is correct can the power supply be turned on.

    3. After power-on, if the instrument displays "HELO,PASS", it means that the instrument has passed the self-check. If "-HH-" is displayed, it means that the measurement is over-range or there is an open circuit in the thermocouple or thermal resistance. The instrument uses a human-computer dialogue form to input parameters and uses various prompts to prompt the data to be input.

(III) Parameter setting

(1) In the setting state of the instrument, the digital tube of channel 1 on the upper row displays the function prompt, and channel 2 displays the set value; in the working state, the measured values of the four channels are displayed simultaneously.

(2) If the parameters are not changed for 12 seconds during the setting process, the instrument will automatically return to operation.

(3) Press the En key, channel 1 displays -Cd-, channel 2 displays 800. Use the ▲ or ▼ key to set 800 to 808. Then press the En key again to enter the parameter setting state. Entering other values is invalid to prevent misoperation by non-technical personnel.

(4) When -LP- appears, please enter the number of channels of the instrument, ranging from 1 to 4. The factory default value is set to 4, indicating that the instrument is a 4-channel input instrument.

(5) 1dot—Decimal point position of the first channel, ranging from 0 to 3. For example, if dot = 2, the display format is XX.XX.

(6) 1-PL—The display value corresponding to the lower limit of the linear input of the first channel, that is, the lower limit of the sensor range, ranging from -1999 to 9999.

(7) 1-PH—The display value corresponding to the upper limit of the linear input of the first channel, that is, the upper limit of the sensor range, ranging from -1999 to 9999. Set the input parameters of the second channel to the fourth channel in turn.

(8) 1-HA: The upper limit alarm set value of the first channel relay.

(9) 1-LA: The lower limit alarm set value of the first channel relay. Set the alarm set values of the second channel to the fourth channel in turn.

(10) 1-Eo—The zero error correction coefficient of the first channel.

(11) 1-FS—The full-scale error correction coefficient of the first channel. The corrected display value = (measured value before correction + 1Eo) * 1FS. Set the error corrections of the second channel to the fourth channel in turn.

(12) Addr—Communication address, i.e., instrument number, ranging from 1 to 99.

(13) bAUd—Communication baud rate, ranging from 1200 to 9600.

After the parameter setting is completed, -End- is displayed, and the instrument exits the setting state and enters the running state.

五、Clearance instructions

Press the En key. Channel 1 displays "-Cd-". Channel 2 displays 800. Use the ▲ or ▼ key to set 800 to 798. Then press the En key again to enter the clearing parameter CLr. Use the ▲ or ▼ key to clear all zeros. Setting 1 clears Channel 1. Setting 2 clears Channel 2. Setting 3 clears Channel 3. Setting 4 clears Channel 4. After setting, press the En key to clear.

六、alarm instructions

This instrument can be equipped with multiple relays. Each relay can correspond to one alarm point respectively. When the alarm point of channel 1 alarms, for example:

If this alarm point has an upper limit alarm (1-HA), when the measured value is greater than 1-HA, the instrument's 1-HA enters the alarm state, the normally open contact closes, and the corresponding indicator light is on. When the measured value drops below 1-HA, the corresponding relay is reset. When the measured value drops to the value of 1-LA, the instrument relay's 1-LA corresponding relay alarm closes. When the measured value rises above 1-HA, the corresponding relay is reset.
