After the setting is completed, the instrument will start to work after 2 seconds.

The setting prompts may be subject to changes according to the user's requirements. The content may be increased or decreased to meet personalized needs and facilitate users' simple operation.

(五)Communication Instructions

This instrument can be additionally equipped with RS232 and RS485 interfaces for direct communication with a computer. The standard communication distance of RS485 is 1.5 kilometers, and multiple instruments can be connected. The standard communication distance of RS232 is 15 meters, and only one instrument can be connected. The TXD, RXD, and GND of the RS232 interface should be connected to the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th pins of the computer's serial port respectively. The data format consists of 1 start bit, 8 data bits, no parity check, and 1 stop bit.

This device adopts the standard Modbus-RTU communication protocol and can be connected to almost all configuration software. It can be connected to domestic and international configuration software such as KingView, ForceControl, CenturyStar, Fix, InTouch, etc., eliminating the trouble for users in connecting software. When using the configuration software, the device to be selected should be a PLC of modicon (Modicon) with the Modbus-RTU address type, and the data is 16-bit integer. When using KingView, the register starts from 4001, while for other configuration software, it may start from 3001.

4x0000                The measured value of the first channel

4x0001                The measured value of the second channel

4x0002                The measured value of the second channel

4x0003                The measured value of the fourth channel

4x0004                The measured value of the fifth channe

4x0005                The measured value of the sixth channel

4x0006                The measured value of the seventh channel

4x0007                The measured value of the eighth channel

Example: Read the measured value of the first channel (PV1 = 1000) of the instrument with the address of 1.

The data sent is 01 03 00 00 00 01 84 0A.

The returned data is 01 03 02 03 E8 B8 FA (among which 03 E8 represents 1000).

(Among them, 01 is the instrument number, 03 is the function number, 00 00 is the starting address of the register, 00 01 indicates reading one number, 84 0A is the check code, and in the returned data, B8 FA is the check code. If you want to read the data of the 8th measured value, you can send 01 03 00 00 00 08 44 0C.)

(六)Clear to zero

Press the En key, and "Enter password 800" will be displayed. Use the ▲ or ▼ key to set 800 to 798, and then press the En key to enter the parameter zero-clearing selection state. Entering other values is invalid to prevent non-technical personnel from making accidental operations. You can select "Do not clear to zero", "Clear all to zero", and "Clear the zero points of channels 1 to 8" respectively.

(七)Alarm Instructions

This instrument can be equipped with multiple relays. Each relay can be set to have ultra-high alarm, ultra-low alarm, and prohibited alarm modes, and the alarm hysteresis mode is adopted to avoid frequent actions of the relays. When a certain relay is in the alarm state, the normally open contact of the corresponding relay closes, and the corresponding indicator light turns on. Take the alarm of the alarm point of J1 as an example:

If the alarm mode of J1 is set as the upper limit alarm, when the measured value of a certain channel is greater than the sum of the J1 alarm value and the J1 hysteresis value, this channel will enter the alarm state. When the measured value drops to the J1 alarm value, the alarm will not be released. Only when the measured value is lower than the J1 alarm value minus the J1 hysteresis value will the instrument release the alarm state.

If the alarm mode of J1 is set as the lower limit alarm, when the measured value of a certain channel is less than the J1 alarm point minus the J1 hysteresis value, this channel will enter the alarm state. When the measured value rises to the J1 alarm value, the alarm will not be released. Only when the measured value is higher than the J1 alarm value plus the J1 hysteresis value will the instrument release the alarm state.

For example: The alarm mode of J1 is set as the upper limit alarm. The J1 alarm value of the first channel is set to 120.0, and the J1 hysteresis value of the first channel is set to 1.0. Then, an alarm will be triggered when the measured value of the first channel is greater than 121.0, and the alarm will be released when the measured value is lower than 119.0.

The number of relays with alarm function of the instrument is determined at the time of placing an order. When the instrument is equipped with one relay J1, and the instrument is in the J1 alarm state or J2 alarm state, the J1 relay will close and the J1 indicator light will turn on. Users can set the alarm modes of J1 and J2 as the upper limit and lower limit alarms respectively to achieve ultra-high and ultra-low alarms, or they can turn off the J2 alarm mode to achieve ultra-high or ultra-low alarms. When the instrument is equipped with two relays, when the instrument is in the J1 alarm state, the J1 relay will close and the J1 indicator light will turn on; when the instrument is in the J2 alarm state, the J2 relay will close and the J2 indicator light will turn on. If a certain channel does not require an alarm, it is recommended to set the alarm value of this channel outside the alarm range. When the instrument is equipped with multiple relays, each channel corresponds to one relay or the alarm function is realized according to the user's requirements.
